Os M Ritmos Brasileiros Ltd provides Brazilian dance classes, aulões,
workshops, performances, special events and related community activities.
References to “we”, “us” or “our” in these Terms & Conditions mean
Os M Ritmos Brasileiros Ltd.
BOOKINGS
Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once the
relevant booking process has been completed.
You are responsible for checking that the class, date, location and
booking type selected are correct before completing your purchase.
Please provide accurate contact information so we can contact you if
there are any changes to your booking.
CLASS TICKETS
Single-class tickets are valid for the class or booking selected.
Class bookings are subject to our
Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Where a transfer or extension is permitted, this is subject to the
applicable booking conditions and availability.
1-MONTH PASSES
A 1-Month Pass is a one-time purchase covering the scheduled classes
included in that pass for the selected day and month.
Passes are not recurring subscriptions unless clearly stated otherwise.
Unused classes do not automatically carry forward to the following month.
Pass availability, number of included classes and sale dates may vary
depending on the timetable for that month.
PASS HOLDER EXTRA CLASSES
Where available, customers with an active 1-Month Pass may be able to
purchase additional eligible classes at the advertised pass-holder rate.
This option is only available while the relevant pass is active and is
subject to class availability.
AULÕES, WORKSHOPS & SPECIAL EVENTS
Aulões, workshops and special events may require a separate ticket and
are not automatically included in regular class tickets or 1-Month Passes.
Additional terms may apply to individual events. Where this is the case,
those terms will be shown on the relevant event or booking page.
PRICES & PAYMENTS
Prices are displayed at the time of booking and may vary depending on
class length, booking type, pass, venue or event.
Payments may be processed using third-party payment providers such as
Stripe or other booking platforms we use.
We may change our prices from time to time. Any change will not affect
a booking that has already been completed unless otherwise required.
TIMETABLE, VENUE & INSTRUCTOR CHANGES
Class times, venues, instructors and schedules may occasionally need to
change due to circumstances outside our control or operational requirements.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to
affected customers.
Please check the latest timetable and booking information before travelling
to a class or event.
PARTICIPATION & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Dance is a physical activity. You are responsible for deciding whether
participation is suitable for you.
You should work within your own ability, follow reasonable instructor
guidance and stop participating if you feel unwell, unsafe or unable to
continue comfortably.
If you have any concerns about whether you should participate, you should
seek appropriate professional advice before taking part.
BEHAVIOUR & COMMUNITY STANDARDS
We want our classes and events to be welcoming and respectful for everyone.
Participants must behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, venues
and other members of the community.
We reserve the right to refuse participation or ask someone to leave where
behaviour is unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, disruptive or otherwise
inappropriate.
PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING
Photography and filming may take place during some classes, performances
and events.
Where an opt-out process is available, you should let us know if you do not
wish to appear in promotional or community content.
Participants should respect the privacy and preferences of others when
taking or sharing photos or videos.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Please take reasonable care of your personal belongings while attending
classes or events.
We cannot guarantee the security of personal items left unattended at a
venue, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
CANCELLATIONS BY US
We may need to cancel, postpone or change a class or event in certain
circumstances.
Where this happens, affected customers will be informed of the available
options in accordance with the circumstances and our applicable policies.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Refunds, cancellations, missed classes, transfers and booking extensions
are governed by our separate
Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Please read that policy before purchasing a class, pass or event ticket.
PRIVACY
We process personal information in accordance with our
Privacy Policy.
This includes information collected through our website, booking systems,
payment providers, forms, email communications and community channels.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect
changes to our services, booking processes, prices or legal requirements.
