1. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Os M Ritmos Brasileiros Ltd., we aim to provide a clear and fair booking policy for all our dance classes, memberships, workshops and events.
Class Tickets and Drop-In Bookings
Class tickets are valid only for the class, date and location selected at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.
If you are unable to attend a class, you must contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Where at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, we may allow your booking to be transferred to another eligible class, subject to availability.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as non-attendance, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Class tickets are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by Os M Ritmos Brasileiros Ltd.
Memberships
Memberships are valid for the period, classes and/or location specified at the time of purchase.
Membership payments are non-refundable once the membership period has started.
Any make-up classes or use of a membership at another location are subject to the specific terms of the membership purchased and class availability.
Memberships cannot be transferred to another person.
Workshops, Special Classes and Events
Tickets purchased for workshops, special classes, aulões or events are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Os M Ritmos Brasileiros Ltd.
Classes or Events Cancelled by Us
If Os M Ritmos Brasileiros Ltd. cancels a class or event, customers will be offered an appropriate alternative, credit, transfer or refund where applicable.
Late Arrival and Non-Attendance
Customers are responsible for arriving on time for their booked class or event.
Failure to attend a booked class or arriving too late to participate does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, credit or transfer.
Delivery
We primarily provide in-person dance classes and events. Therefore, no physical delivery or shipping is required for these services.
Booking confirmations, tickets and relevant class or event information are provided electronically.
