CANCELLATION &
REFUND POLICY

We understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation,
refund and booking policy before purchasing a class, pass or event ticket.

CLASS BOOKINGS

Class tickets are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your booked class, please contact us
before the class date.

We may allow your booking to be extended once for up to
30 days, subject to availability.

Our 1-Month Passes are a one-time payment for the
scheduled classes included in the pass for your chosen day.

Passes are valid only for the applicable month and class day selected
when booking.

Unused classes do not carry forward to the next month
and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Please make sure you can attend the scheduled classes before
purchasing your pass.

Tickets purchased for aulões, workshops and special events are
non-refundable.

Some events may have their own booking conditions. Where different
terms apply, they will be clearly stated on the event or booking page.

If you do not attend your booked class and have not contacted us
before the class date, the booking will be considered used.

We cannot guarantee a transfer or extension for missed classes
where no notice was provided.

If Os M Ritmos Brasileiros needs to cancel a class or event,
we will contact affected customers with the available options.

Any options offered will depend on the circumstances of the
cancellation and the type of booking purchased.
